Payment and format
Payment is monthly. Before we start, we align on goals, package, and expected workload so the format stays useful.
Number of spots
I work with a limited number of mentees because the format depends on feedback quality. If spots are full, I will suggest a waitlist or a course.
Extra hours
Extra calls or reviews can be added when a task does not fit the package. We agree on scope and price upfront.
Moving between levels
You can move to another level at the start of the next month if your goals or support needs change.
